Individual Therapy (19yo +)

Support for stress, trauma, life transitions, relational challenges, attachment wounds, and post-traumatic growth. Therapy is trauma-informed and attachment-focused.

Couples Therapy

Utilizing an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT) framework, the therapists works with couples to strengthen connection, improve communication, and work through patterns of conflict, distance, or disconnection.

We prefer to get a brief understanding of what brings you in for services. That way we can ensure that we will be a good fit. From there our office staff will assist you with appointment scheduling.

You will receive a link to a secure portal where you will receive the physical office address, paperwork, and opportunities to upload insurance information.

Our fee is $180 per session.

We accept most BCBS policies.

Please note that insurance does not cover couples therapy or coaching services.

We are located in Midtown Mobile. You will receive the address once you have signed into your secure portal link that will be emailed. We share the space with multiple therapists. Please know that your therapist will meet you in the waiting area at your scheduled time. We look forward to meeting you!
