We prefer to get a brief understanding of what brings you in for services. That way we can ensure that we will be a good fit. From there our office staff will assist you with appointment scheduling.

Once scheduled, you will receive a link to a secure portal where you can complete intake paperwork and upload insurance information if applicable.

Please note that insurance does not cover couples therapy or coaching services.

We are located in Midtown Mobile, 2450 B Old Shell Rd., Mobile, AL 36607. We share the space with multiple therapists. Please know that your therapist will meet you in the waiting area at your scheduled time. We look forward to meeting you!
